Payments Tab
The payments tab is split into two distinct areas; the upper part of the screen shows Payment Instructions - these are not actual payments - these are the mandates/details of any ongoing payments the user has setup, e.g. a direct debit for membership payments.
A member on a PIF (paid in full) package would not need a payment instruction for their membership, but they would have made a transaction at some point, and this would be recorded separately in the next section.
Payment Transactions are listed in the lower area; these are specific, individual payments that have been made on a particular date.

If your club has purchased the optional mPay module, you will see a new, combined Membership & Payments tab in place of this tab, which functions slightly differently. Please see the separate mPay documentation here for details.
