When an access event is highlighted in red, it means that the access was unsuccessful.
This usually happens if a member's access setting is disabled, or the member is cancelled and they attempt access.
Sure! There's a filter option in the top right corner of the reception screen. Click the date to open a drop-down menu where you can choose between a single date or a range of dates.
Yes - click the Record a Member Entry button at the top of the Reception screen to open a search box to find the member you want to admit:
Enter a few characters from their name to see a list of matches, then click to admit the one you want:
Yes, if this member is a visiting guest from a different club, their home gym will also be shown, but you will not be able to view or edit their profile as you would with members of your own club.
