Fitness Feed

Your Fitness Feed is a central record of all the workouts you have performed, complete with exact details of the sets and reps that you did in each workout*.

Click on any entry in your fitness feed to get more details about the workouts you have performed

*Clicking Record Exercise during a workout will record the same number of sets/reps/weights etc. specified in the workout, but if the actual weight you lifted/reps you did etc. were different, you should update the values if you want to keep a record of what you actually did this time.

Tip

If you find you are often deviating from a workout, maybe it is time to edit/update the workout with your new values! Head over to the Workouts area to do this.
