My Documents Tab
My Documents is a staff-only storage area made up of a number of slots for keeping 'paperwork' relating to this member. Typically just two storage slots are needed; one for a membership agreement, and another for proof of age/ID such as a passport or driver's licence scan. However, we include as many slots as clubs request, and you may see more in your implementation.
Note
The Signed Membership Agreement is a special view-only slot, whereas the remaining slots can be viewed and edited too. The agreement slot is automatically populated as part of the signup process (for a paid membership), and contains a PDF file of the e-signed membership form the member completed when they first joined.
Tip
My Documents 'slots' can hold images or documents; JPGs, PNGs, DOCs and PDFs are among the acceptable file types.
